1. Ownership of Course Content
   All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, workbooks, and online content, are the intellectual property of The Yacht Stew LLC. These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Yacht Stew LLC.

2. Enrollment & Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Transfers
   If you cannot attend, you must notify The Yacht Stew LLC in writing at least 14 days before the course start date. Your booking will be transferred to the next available intake of the same course.

   • If less than 14 days’ notice is given, your place will be forfeited with no transfer or refund.

   • Transfers are valid for one future intake only and must be taken within 12 months.

4. Course Access
   Access to online materials (where applicable) is for the enrolled student only and must not be shared with any third party.

5. Changes to Courses
   The Yacht Stew LLC reserves the right to amend course dates, content, or delivery format where necessary. In such cases, reasonable notice will be given, and an alternative date will be offered.

6. Student Conduct
   The Yacht Stew LLC reserves the right to remove a student from a course without refund if they engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behaviour that impacts other students or instructors.

7. Limitation of Liability
   The Yacht Stew LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the course, including travel or accommodation costs, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.

9. Acceptance of Terms
   By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Yacht Stew LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the version in place at the time of booking will apply.
